Firing烧结
TheLF23000seriescanbefiredthroughmostconventionaltemperingandheatstrengtheningcycles.可以适合于大部分的钢化,热硬化炉
FurnaceTemperature:640-720℃(1180-1330℉)加热温度640~720度
FiringTime:100-300seconds(Dependingonglassthickness)加热时间100~300秒,根据玻璃厚度不同.
PeakGlassTemperature:630-650℃(1160-1200℉)高峰温度630~650度.
Theglosslevelcanvaryslightlydependingonfiringtimeandtemperature.油墨的色泽可通过调节烧结温度,时间来做稍微的调整.
HigherTemperature:MoreGloss温度高一点可以使色泽亮一点
LongerFiring:MoreGloss时间长一点也可使色泽亮一点
Whilethecolorsarestableacrossawidefiringrangetheburn-outoforganicmediacancreateadestabilizingchemicalenvironment.Thiscanbepreventedbyprovidingadequateventilationtoensureanoxygenrichenvironmentismaintainedwithinthefurnace.

OursystemLF-230000glassenamelaredesignedtobeheavymetalfree,whichmeansthattheydonotcontainintentionaladditionsofPb,Cd,CrVlandHg.TheyareprovidedwiththefollowingguaranteesaccordingtoASTMF-963:我们这个系统的玻璃油墨,是属于无重金属的.意思是不含有国际规定ASTMF-963的铅,镉,铬,汞等重金属.
Pbmaxcontent600ppm,铅的较大含量为600ppm.

供应高温玻璃油墨产品概况
钢化玻璃钢化玻璃是将普通退火玻璃先切割成要求尺寸，然后加热到接近软化点的700度左右，再进行快速均匀的冷却而得到的（通常5-6MM的玻璃在700度高温下加热240秒左右，降温150秒左右。8-10MM玻璃在700度高温下加热500秒左右，降温300秒左右。总之，根据玻璃厚度不同，选择加热降温的时间也不同）。钢化处理后玻璃表面形成均匀压应力，而内部则形成张应力，使玻璃的抗弯和抗冲击强度得以提高，其强度约是普通退火玻璃的四倍以上。已钢化处理好的钢化玻璃，不能再作任何切割、磨削等加工或受破损，否则就会因破坏均匀压应力平衡而“粉身碎骨”。
